Sycamore Creek is the result of the skilled planning efforts
of Starfield Sycamore Investors L.L.C., a partnership of
Fieldstone
Communities, Inc. and Starwood Capital Group. Both companies
are privately held, and are known for building quality residential,
mixed use and resort communities. Together, these well-respected
companies have combined their substantial talents, experience
and financial strength to create Sycamore Creek.

of the land and its considerable treasures. It also sustains

This will be Starwood Capital’s third master-plan investment
in Southern California, and follows its other land investments
in the high-demand markets of Orange and San Diego counties.

of hotels with brands such as Sheraton, Westin, The St. Regis
